3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from us, join a membership or participate in coaching services.

By purchasing or joining, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into a contract.

4. Accounts and login details

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details safe.

You must not share your login details, course access, membership content or digital resources with anyone else.

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel access if account sharing, misuse or unauthorised access is suspected.

5. Payments

Prices are shown on the relevant checkout page.

Payments may be taken monthly, annually, in full or by payment plan, depending on the product or service selected.

By purchasing, you authorise us or our payment provider to charge the payment method you provide.

If a payment fails, your access may be paused, suspended or cancelled until payment is received.

6. Memberships and subscriptions

Memberships are subscription-based unless stated otherwise.

Your membership will continue and renew automatically until cancelled.

You can cancel your membership at any time.

Cancelling your membership stops future payments. It does not automatically refund payments already made.

When you cancel, your access will usually continue until the end of your current paid billing period, unless otherwise stated.

7. Cancel anytime

Where we say “cancel anytime”, this means you can cancel future recurring payments at any time.

You are responsible for cancelling before your next billing date if you do not want to be charged again.

We cannot guarantee refunds where you forgot to cancel before your renewal date, except where required by law.

8. Refund policy

Due to the digital nature of our courses, memberships, downloads, resources and online content, payments are non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by law.

This includes:

  • Membership payments
  • Course purchases
  • Digital downloads
  • Templates and resources
  • Coaching programme payments
  • Missed live sessions
  • Unused membership time
  • Failure to access content after purchase

Where a refund is required by law, we will comply with our legal obligations.

9. Digital content and immediate access

Some products include immediate access to digital content.

By purchasing digital content or joining a membership where instant access is provided, you agree that access may begin immediately.

Where applicable, you acknowledge that you may lose the right to cancel once digital content has been accessed, downloaded or made available, except where required by law.

10. Coaching services

Coaching sessions, programmes and group calls are designed to support personal growth, mindset, confidence, clarity, behaviour change and self-reflection.

Coaching is not therapy, counselling, medical treatment, mental health support, financial advice or legal advice.

You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, wellbeing and results.

11. Results disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, income, personal transformation or business performance.

Your results depend on many factors, including your personal circumstances, effort, consistency, decisions and external factors outside our control.

Testimonials, examples or success stories are not guarantees that you will achieve the same or similar results.

12. Community and membership behaviour

If you join a community, membership or group programme, you agree to behave respectfully.

You must not:

  • Harass, abuse, shame or intimidate others
  • Share confidential information from other members
  • Post offensive, discriminatory or harmful content
  • Promote your own products or services without permission
  • Share screenshots, recordings or member content without consent
  • Use the community for spam or unrelated promotion

We reserve the right to remove posts, suspend access or cancel membership if behaviour is inappropriate.

13. Confidentiality

We ask all members and participants to respect confidentiality inside coaching spaces, communities and group calls.

However, we cannot guarantee that other participants will keep information confidential, so please only share what you feel comfortable sharing in a group setting.

By attending live sessions, you understand that your name, voice, comments or image may appear in recordings if you choose to participate.

If you do not want to appear in a recording, you can keep your camera off, avoid speaking, or contact us before the session.

16. Changes to our products or services

We may update, improve, replace, remove or change content, resources, features, pricing, live session times, bonuses or membership benefits from time to time.

We will aim to provide a valuable experience, but we do not guarantee that specific content, sessions or bonuses will remain available forever.
