About Me
BELIEF #1
"Life is too short to do something that doesn't bring you joy".
BELIEF #2
"We are all perfectly imperfect beings and shouldn't be afraid to show our flaws".
BELIEF #3
"You are in control of your thoughts, actions, and destiny".
I'm Chris
I’m a husband, father, business owner, and coach who became fascinated by human behaviour.
Over the years — through work, business, success, failure, stress, burnout, and coaching others — I kept asking the same question:
Why do some people stay calm, focused, and resilient under pressure while others stay stuck?
That question changed the direction of my life and work.
Now I help people understand and shift their state so they can think clearer, perform better, and build a more successful and fulfilling life.
Join me on a journey of self-love, self-discovery, and unapologetic confidence.

My StoryÂ
My journey has taken me from a 17-year-old engineer on the tools to business ownership, coaching, and eventually back into education at 48 years old.
Along the way, I’ve experienced success, failure, pressure, growth, and plenty of moments that forced me to reassess who I was and how I was living.
Working across industries including telecommunications, telesales, hair and beauty, nutrition, and coaching gave me a front-row seat to human behaviour. I saw talented people thrive, while others stayed stuck in the same habits, emotions, and patterns no matter how hard they worked.
That led me to a deeper understanding of state, behaviour, and the unconscious patterns that quietly shape our lives.
Now, I use everything I’ve learned through business, coaching, life experience, and study to help others create meaningful change, overcome the unconscious emotional and physical patterns keeping them stuck, and build a life that feels both successful and fulfilling.
The things I love in life...
The Ocean
One of my latest passions is the sea and snorkelling. There’s something about being in the water — hearing nothing but the sea and your own breath plus nature — that brings a level of calm and presence that’s hard to find anywhere else.
Travel & Adventure
I love travelling and exploring new parts of the world, especially going off the beaten track in search of adventure. I’ve been lucky enough to travel across Europe, America, Africa, Dubai, Singapore, and recently Japan, and one thing it’s taught me is that no matter how different lifestyles can be, laughter is something people everywhere have in common.
Family time
My family is everything to me. As cheesy as it sounds, my wife and two children are genuinely my best friends. We spend a lot of time laughing — at ourselves, at each other, and at the world around us — and those moments mean more to me than anything else.
And more recently, our two pug puppies, Peggy and Gertrude, have joined the chaos and quickly become a huge part of the family too.
Snowboarding
Snowboarding has always been one of those things that makes me feel completely alive. There’s nothing quite like flying down a mountain with fresh air in your face and having to be fully in the moment. Add good people, mountain views, and a few laughs along the way, and it’s no surprise I keep going back for more.
